- The retaining wall is a structure that was built to hold the soil mass on a structure or a building . Retaining walls and secant piles in the "Begawan Malang Apartment" construction project were designed using the Rankine method, followed by an examination of the stability of sliding, overtunning, and capacity bearing. Retaining wall was designed with 8.20 in height and a foot plate length of 4 m. Reinforcement needed for the main reinforcement of the vertical wall section uses ∅22-250 and ∅22-100 and shirinkage reinforcement is using ∅10- 300, meanwhile the main reinforcement for the foot plate section uses ∅22-300 and the shirinkage reinforcement uses ∅10-300 with a planned budget of Rp 3.288.228.407,84. Meanwhile for secant pile design og the, the dimensions of the height are 24.00 m with diameter 0.80 m, the reinforcement needed for the main reinforcement is ∅22-150 and of the spiral reinforcement uses ∅10-50, with a budget plan of Rp 3.950.258.168,06
