- Lingkar Timur is an intercity road that functions as a primary corrector road. This road has a width of 7 m with a type of road 1 lane 2 directions. Moreover, the observation conducted in Lingkar Timur St. with the length of 2.5 km using Bina marga and PCI. In the StA stage, the researcher conducts a visual observation, measurement of road damage, and traffic volume analysis in which the average condition of each segment is 1.40. This value will be used for determining the priority order from 8.40 which signed that Lingkar Timur St. is catagorized Class A priority order. Meanwhile, the results of PCI method is Cracked crocodile 229,03 m2, item release 144 m2, hole 30,16 m2, elongated crack 29,51 m2, Jembul 19,19 m2, space 14,95 m2, collapse 2,61 m2, and curly 1,82 m2. The PCI value is 63.28 and categorized good. The improvement of road using Overlay Technique with Thickness of 9.75 cm. the cost of an improvement using that technique witch the length of 2.5 km is Rp. 7.710.641.579,00.
