- Road network as a land transportation infrastructure had an important role in the transportation sector and support the economic growth of a region in Indonesia. Teweh Baru roads was one of the Trans roads sections that was currently unfinished. The road project was built along 40,5 Km using rigid pavement. There was several methods of rigid pavement such as Bina Marga 2003 with the aimed to know the ratio of rigid pavement layer thickness and cost budget plan at Teweh Baru Muara Teweh districs central kalimantan province. The first step of this planning was collecting secondary data in the form of land data, average daily traffic volume, road technical data, and standardization of unit price which refers to provisions of the Public Works Department of Muara Teweh Regency. Based on the calculation of pavement thickness planning, for Bina 2003 method obtained for 200 mm at a cost of Rp. 271,458,000,000.00 (Two Hundred Seventy One Billion Four Hundred Fifty Eight million rupiah).
