- In a process of groups or organizations activities emphasizes on developing communication skills between each member. Organizations cannot be established without the existence of a communication. Therefore, the research problem of this current research was to recognize how the leadership communication patterns in increasing the members’ loyalty. The study was conducted on the inner local organization administrators of Mataram student forum, period 2017-2018 in Malang. This research employed Situational Leadership Theory, which means the successful leaders are those who adapt their leadership style to the performance of combining and stimulating the members to achieve the goal. Moreover, the research applied a qualitative approach and a descriptive study method. The data collection technique utilized interview, observation, and documentation. There were six main research subjects correlated with the research subject criteria by using purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the data analysis was performed by applying Miles and Huberman model of data analysis technique and the data analyzes stage included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The research result concludes that the communication pattern in Mataram Student Forum in Malang is satisfactory according to the plot and the administrators’ authority. The organization leadership is executed by using participative leadership style. It is a participative leader, rather than taking autocratic decision. Besides, the leadership way, which was done, is positive leadership. This means the leader was approaching the members in order to give them motivation and solve the problem. The loyalty is built up along with motivation that has been granted by the administrators to acquire the members’ loyalty. This is exemplified by the administrators who survived in the organization since they were members until signing up as management.
