- Background: Immunization is one way to prevent various dangerous diseases that cause death in children. Mother’s Believe in Vaccination Program maternal doubts about the program used for immunization eventually create a lack of basic immunizations coverage which will affect the level of maternal compliance in immunization. This study aims to determine the relationship between Mother’s Belief in vaccination programs and maternal compiance in Giving Basic Immunization to infants aged 0-12 months. Method: This research was conducted in the Work Area of Pamotan Health Center, using descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional study. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling and the number of samples used was 122 mothers with children aged 0-12 months. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and KIA books by analyzing data using Chi-Square. Results: A total of 92 (75.4) respondents had confidence in the doubt category and 66 (54.1) respondents asked to comply with immunization. The results of analyzing the data using the Chi-Square test using general research results sig (0.107) so it can be interpreted as no relationship between the mother's belief in the vaccination program and the mother's help in providing basic immunization to infants aged 0-12 months, this is related to 54.1% of mothers in the working area of the Pamotan Health Center are declared compliant. Conclusion: The relationship of maternal beliefs to the vaccination program with maternal adherence in providing basic immunization that is not significant can be influenced by other factors, namely the knowledge of the mother, the level of mother's education and the occupation status
