- Tibetan people have accepted various forms of human rights violations from the Chinese governmet. Every time Tibet tries to make a rebellion and protest against China to achieve its demands to the Chinese government, it is always responded by various forms of violence and even the genocide that cause many victims. Noticing this human rights violations case, Amnesti Internasional as the human right NGO that engaged in the largest human rights issue in the world made various efforts to help advocating Tibet to get their human rights back. This is a qualitative research with descriptive research method aims to examine the topic through the Transnational Advocacy Network perspective, where Amnesti Internasional is the one of the actors of the network. This perspective states that in every activities, the actors exercise a strategy called the Boomerang Pattern which is divided into 4 different tactics i.e. information politics, symbolic politics, leverage politics, and accountability politics. In order to resolve the Tibet case, Amnesti Internasional also exercising all of those strategies and tactics.
