- The strength factor of the structure that can withstand earthquake loads needs to be considered in determining the selection of structural elements of tall buildings, and can be anticipated in several ways so that the life of living things does not have such a large impact. As a result not only cause severe damage to the building but can also cause casualties. One of the requirements and proper to use a building is good structural stability. Indonesian National Standards (SNI) set by the government are intended to achieve the planning objectives. The SNI that explains how the regulations on buildings that can withstand earthquake loads. SNI 03-1726-2012 contains details of earthquake resistance planning standards for high rise building structures. The @HOM Hotel Gresik development project is re-planned using a dual system. Where the moment retaining framework is planned not only to bear the gravity load, but also to carry a lateral load of at least 25% of the working lateral load. This time planning uses the help of STAADPro software which will be used for system analysis.
