- This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian UPC Batu, the purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for the implementation of a guarantee item auction. This researcher uses a type of descriptive observation, which is used to explain and explain according to the data that has been obtained so that it can provide an explanation of the topic that the author will submit. The procedures used include auction preparation, auction execution, auction item sales, and auction results. And when the collateral item will be auctioned. The results of the procedure for applying the collateral auction system have met the requirements and compliance of PT Pegadaian and have good prospects in returning excess auction money to the public. The conclusion of the research on the implementation of the guaranteed goods auction system carried out by PT Pegadaian UPC Batu is in accordance with the procedures established by the central Pawnshop office. The simulation and the provisions of the application of the guarantee item auction system at PT Pegadaian UPC Batu have been explained and determined in accordance with applicable procedures.
