- This study aims to describe Employee Performance, work environment and work discipline at Employees of the Sembalun Agro Hotel in Lombok, analyzing the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance.. The number of samples is 37.. The analysis tools used are scale range analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range are known to be employee performance in sufficient categories, the work environment in the low category, work discipline in the low category.. The work environment and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, the work environment has the strongest influence on Employee Performance compared to work discipline.
