- The one of the most important infrastructure in every sector of human activity is a transportation infrastructure such as roads. Roads has a function for connecting between region and sectors will affect regional economic growth. Mojokerto – Gedek roads is a roads using by local citizens until now in purpose for mobilitazion to support their activity. This roads has 4,70 km length and 7,00 m width. Design thickness of rigid pavement in purpose to upgrading of its quality and the age of the roads. First step of the designing is collecting some data such as CBR, traffic volume, and unit work price. Based on the calculation result, the design thickness of rigid pavement using Bina Marga Pd T-14-2003 Method is 26 cm, reinforcement 13 – 150 mm, and tie bar joint D16 – 750 mm with budget plan for about Rp. 47.858.239.800,- and AASHTO 1993 Method is 28 cm, reinforcement 13 – 150 mm, and tie bar joint D16 – 1000 mm with budget plan for about Rp. 50.066.326.000,- and dowel joint for both design is 32 – 300 mm and subbase of lean mix concrete 15 cm.
