  • A pedagogic competence that must belong to the teacher is effective, empathy and polite communication toward students. Thus, it is important for teacher to notice learning process in inclusive school. SDN Tlekung 02 Batu announces as one of the first inclusion integrated school in Malang so classroom teachers and special tutors should make warm and friendly class, accepting diversity and appreciate the differences of the students especially students with special needed. This research aimed to: (1) find out polite language form used by special tutor and classroom teacher in class IV SDN Tlekung 02 Batu and (2) to find out how polite language principle relation of special tutor and classroom teacher in class IV SDN Tlekung 02 Batu. This research used qualitative research type with descriptive approach. Data source in this research was KTSP learning in class IV. The author collected data using observation, interview and documentation methods. This research was conducted in three stages as follow; planning stage, collecting data stage and finishing stage. This research was carried out in October 2016 academic year 2015/2016. This research showed (1) form of polite language which was used by special tutor in source class consisted direct speech with sign of politeness, indirect speech, speech with different meaning and implicit speech. Form of polite language used by classroom teacher in regular class of class IV consisted direct speech with polite sign, indirect speech and speech with different meaning. (2) polite principle relation had been conducted by special tutor and teacher in class IV. In teacher and special tutor speech, it was found that there ware polite principles which were policy maxim, generosity maxim, award maxim, agreement maxim and conscience.
