- This research is a case study research entitled "Working Capital Optimization at PT.Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk". The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal working capital at the company in 2012 - 2016. The analysis tool used to determine the optimal working capital is to use the analysis of working capital turnover using sales forecasts with capital sales growth rate in previous years. Based on the results of research and discussion is known working capital in the company has not been optimal (MKr > Mko). This is because there is a shortage of working capital, so it is necessary to increase funds so that working capital is optimal.
