- This study aims to determine how the influence of provincial minimum wage (UMP), Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) and inflation to unemployment in Indonesia in 2011-2015. The analysis tool used is a model of multiple regression analysis of panel data by testing the hypothesis of classical assumption test and F-tests, t-tests, the coefficient of determination R2. The result of regression analysis of panel data and classical assumption test showed that provincial minimum wage (UMP) variables have negative and significant effect on unemployment in Indonesia in 2011 - 2015, Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) variable has positive and significant impact to unemployment in Indonesia in 2011 - 2015, while inflation variable has positive and insignificant effect to unemployment in Indonesia’n Province in 2011 - 2015.
