  • Muhammadiyah hospital Lamongan uses the grid system for the upper beam alternative planning. The grid system distributes load evenly to all surface, therefore it gives higher stiffness and has artistics value from the interior point of view. Based on the result of analysis, the roof and flour plates dimension reached 10 cm by using maximum basic reinforcement of Ø8-100 and reinforcement of Ø8-100, the roof grid beam dimension used 20x30 cm and 25x30 cm by using maximum basic reinforcement 4D16 and stirrup reinforcement of Ø10-100, basic reinforcement on maximum field of 2D16 and stirrup reinforcement of Ø10-100. On the other hand, the floor beam grid used dimension of 20x40 cm and 25x40 cm with maximum basic reinforcement on the 5D16, stirrup reinforcement of Ø10-150 and basic reinforcement on field of 2D16 with stirrup reinforcement Ø10-150, basic roof beam dimension 30x40 cm and 30x50 cm with maximum basic beam of 7D22 and maximum brace beam of Ø10-100, maximum reinforcement on field of 3D22 with stirrup reinforcement Ø10-100, for the main floor beam dimension of 30x40 cm and 40x60 cm by using meximum beam for focus of 12D22 with stirrup reinforcement of Ø10-50, maximum reinforcement on field of 4D22 with stirrup reinforcement Ø10-50. The column dimension used in the planning was 45x45 cm and 75x75 cm with maximum main reinforcement of 22D25 with stirrup reinforcement of Ø10-400.
