  • Research Objectives 1) To describe employee performance, work discipline and employee work environment 2) the effect of work discipline on employee performance 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance 4) the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance in production section 5) To find out the most variable affect employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, namely 1) the condition of employee performance is included in the high category, work discipline has a high category and the Production work environment at PT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang falls into the good category 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the production section of PT.Ekamas Fortuna Malang 3) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the production section of PT.Ekamas Fortuna Malang 4) Work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on performance employees of the production section of PT.Ekamas Fortuna Malang
