Online-based services are a new product issued by the Sawojajar Village to accommodate the interests of the community relating to the Sawojajar Village apparatus, especially regarding the management of population administration and other permits such as SKCK, Business Licenses, and others. The results obtained in this study after going through several stages of the research method explained that the application of the Malang Online Service System (SINGO) was able to provide a positive change for the implementation of public services by Sawojajar Village. This is because the purpose of creating the SINGO application can be fulfilled, namely to accommodate the interests of the people of Sawojajar regarding the management of population administration and other permits. Feasibility studies using the TELOS mechanism (Technic, Economy, Law, Operational, and Schedule) have been shown to show that the SINGO application is feasible for the Sawojajar community by obtaining a value of 9.0
