- This research was motivated by Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services which requested that administration be provided by. service provider. society. In addition, in the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 38 of 2017 concerning Regional Innovation specifically article 2 paragraph (2) that the objectives of Regional Innovation are directed at accelerating the realization of community welfare through improving community welfare, empowerment and shared roles of the community, and increasing regional competitiveness The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how the application of Malang Online Service System (SINGO) in Sawojajar Urban Village, Malang City, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in daily implementation. Online-based services are a new product issued by the Sawojajar Village to accommodate the interests of the community relating to the Sawojajar Village apparatus, especially regarding the management of population administration and other permits such as SKCK, Business Licenses, and others. The results obtained in this study after going through several stages of the research method explained that the application of the Malang Online Service System (SINGO) was able to provide a positive change for the implementation of public services by Sawojajar Village. This is because the purpose of creating the SINGO application can be fulfilled, namely to accommodate the interests of the people of Sawojajar regarding the management of population administration and other permits. Feasibility studies using the TELOS mechanism (Technic, Economy, Law, Operational, and Schedule) have been shown to show that the SINGO application is feasible for the Sawojajar community by obtaining a value of 9.0
