- Programs implemented in the poverty alleviation effort has not been able to provide a big impact, so that the goal of the national pembanguanan related issue equitable welfare of society is still a prolonged problem. Therefore, the Government launched a Program of Family Expectations (PKH) to tackle the problem of poverty. With regard to the matter of implementation of the Program of the family Hope that's located in the city of Malang is based on the high number of pre-prosperous family. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of the policy of the local government in the implementation of the Program of family Expectations in the city of Malang. This type of research in this thesis is the qualitative, descriptive research descriptive research is qualitative motode in researching the status of a group of humans, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or a class. The subject of this research as many as 5 people. Data analysis techniques used, namely, data collection, data presentation, data reduction, withdrawal and verification of data inference. The results showed that in practice Family Hope Program (PKH) in Malang aims to provide tangible evidence in the achievement of the goals of the Government Program through the assistance of Family expectations (PKH). Conclusion of this research is the implementation of PKH in Malang has been running in efektifAgar the help given by the Government of PKH objectives, need for better cooperation, and improving the quality of human resources, as well as the necessity of the participation of and supervision by all sides.
