- ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the production costs and income of seaweed farming in Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency.This research was conducted on July 26 to August 10, 2017. The population in this study were all farmers who cultivated seaweed (67 people).The number of samples is determined randomly by approaching the farmer who is on the location of the farm or who is conducting a drying process of 35 people.While data analysis uses income analysis. The results showed that the production costs of seaweed farming in Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency in one production process averaged Rp.2,685,826 and the average income was Rp.19,833,460 with an R / C ratio of 8 , 38.This can be interpreted that seaweed farming in Kertasari Village is profitable and feasible to develop.
