- Competition in capturing market share for hotel occupancy in Malang Raya is considered more competitive, this condition occurs because of one due to the increasing number of new hotels in Malang, in particular in Malang City and Batu City. Average hotel occupancy rate in the area Malang ranges from 50 to 60 percent. The number of hotels in the city of Malang is stellar consists of 2 star, 3 star and 4 star hotels.
