- The purpose of this study is to find out the fastest time the project will be completed with the optimal use of costs in the implementation of electric tower construction projects using critical path method which aims to determine the critical path of project activities combined with the crashing project method to speed up the project schedule by adding resources. The place of this research was carried out at PT. Rekadaya Electrical with the project location located in Riau Islands. Data taken comes from companies in the form of project cost data, project activity schedules and project descriptions. The results of the study reveal that using the critical path method method combined with the crashing project method can accelerate the project completion time by adding resources which adds to the overall cost of the project.
