- This research will discuss about European Union’s Interest in the corporation project with China One Belt, One Road (OBOR). OBOR is initiative project that focus on routes integration that will connect Asia, Europe and Africa through overland routes called Silk Road Economic Belt and sea routes called 21st Century Maritime. Researcher uses Institutionalism Liberalism as theory to analyze this matter according to the consideration of international cooperation is based on rational analysis, where in this context is the consideration of European Union in corporation with OBOR. Meanwhile, that considerations include, first is market expansion to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) region through the North Eurasia corridor. Second is the creation of a faster route as an access to Asia through the Central Eurasian corridor that will go through the Black Sea. Third, it provide competitiveness for the Central European region especially Greece.
