- Help seeking behaviour is very important for teens especially in entering university. Help seeking behaviour is influenced by individual, interpersonal or relation from other people and social culture. The purpose of this research is to knowing and identify help seeking behaviour on teens related lecture study program. This research is using quantitative descriptive research design with total 259 research subjects by using accidental sampling technique. Instrument that being used is Help Seeking Scale (HSS) with a reliability value of 0.95. The result of this research indicate that calculation of mean subject data from each category of results was classified as high and each category had a comparison in each category, help seeking behaviour in the amount of 50,6% is parents, while the lowest percentage of help seeking behaviour in the amount of 5,4% is teacher. Conclusion obtained is teens prefer to looking for help from parents rather than seeking help from teacher and students feel more benefits seeking help related lecture study program.
