- In line with the condition of dynamic industry at the present time , milk companies in packs are faced with the condition of a tight competition .The situation is encouraging companies which are engaged in similar system for payment of racing with one another in win over the competition .One of them is to create the company is required to be best products that can fulfill a need consumers and maintain its consumers . In line with the condition of dynamic industry at the present time , milk companies in packs are faced with the condition of a tight competition .The situation is encouraging companies which are engaged in similar system for payment of racing with one another in win over the competition .One of them is to create the company is required to be best products that can fulfill a need consumers and maintain its consumers . Build customer loyalty is not something an easy feat to do in a process that is instant .One of the ways that could be pursued to increase consumer loyalty is by decided on a strategy yet proper so that the company remain able to survive in the middle of this competition .A company that superior is that can change learning to deal with business and can make better use of opportunities as they exist with effective and efficient. The research was done in the year 2018 titled “The Influence Of Product Quality , Prices And Brand Image To Consumer Loyalty UHT Milk In Packs ( Study Cases Students In The Malang City). The purpose of this research was 1 ) to know whether quality products, prices and brand image whether partial and simultaneously influences customer loyalty among students in Malang City. 2) to know of the variables independent will give more influence on variables dependent. The research results show that the product quality , price and brand image in partial and simultaneously to depend on the consumer loyalty among students in Malang City. The product quality variable influence most large exposure to consumer loyalty than other variables.
