Other treatments for hiad pain can be given coconut water. Coconut water has a lot of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are high so it can stimulate the production of progesterone in a stable amount so that it can facilitate the process of decay of the endometrium and the pain that arises will soon pass. Method : The design of this study uses a Quasi-experimental design. The sampling technique was Quota sampling with 22 samples, divided into two groups namely the ginger water group and the coconut water group. Data was analyzed using independent t-test with significance α = <0.05 Result : The results showed that after the ginger water group the pain scale decreased with the pre-test = 5.45 and post-test 1.82. Whereas the coconut water group decreased with the pre-test = 6.00 and post-test = 3.18 Conclusion : Giving water is more effective than giving coconut water to treat menstrual pain because the excess of ginger water is that it can have a warm effect on the body.
