The main purpose of this research were to identify the strategy which is used by students’ in Excellent course Pare to improve listening and speaking competences. However, this research used qualitative research design. Qualitative research design was used to give the detail description about the relationship between listening strategy and speaking ability in Excellent Course Pare. The subject of this research were best three female students in Excellent Course Pare whom taking three month classes program. Moreover, the instrument used in this research was interview. The result of this research has showed that there were positive relationship between students’ listening strategy and speaking ability in Excellent Course Pare. The researcher found that there are three kinds of strategy used as their listening strategies such as Music, Movie, and Podcast which every strategies are closely interrelated with speaking ability aspects. The other relationship between listening strategy and speaking ability showed by the students’ score in where if the students acquire good score in listening class, they will also acquire good score or even influence their score in speaking class.
