  • Advanced age is a phase of human development that is different from the stages of childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. In the phase of development of children and adolescents there are major changes in physical and mental to wards maximum development, so that it can be used as an adult human. While in the next phase there are physical and mental changes that lead to decreased body function. The focus of this research is on the process of elderly social services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research where the date obtained is obtained from Pondok Al Ishlah Malang. The research subjects were taken by researchers, namely nursing officials, nurses, the elderly and the community. Data collection methods used were direct observation in the elderly cottage, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction stages, data presentation stages and conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) The from of service in Al Islah Malang cottage is divided into routine activities which include: bathing, eating, social, religious guidance as well as physical guidance and assistance: 2) Elderly health services; 3) Supporting factors in the form of existing facilities and infrastructure such as wheelchairs, road training centers, rooms-rooms that have been equipped with a bathroom, and nursing room; 40 The inhibiting factor that is in place is that there are no permanent donors and there is no mentoring process implemented to increase the social benefits of the elderly.
