- Advertisement House renovation which appeared in the media in reaction to events news about the many irregularities committed by officers Pertamina and the number of corrupt practices (corruption, collusion, nepotism), as well as the role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) given to people not on target and upstream activities is still considered damaging to the environment.It is very interesting to writers to conduct research on pertamina ads Ramadan and Eid edition with the title of home renovation. Theoretical approach used in this study is the theory of semiotics that help us interpret and explain the rules of the invisible behind sign production and interpretation, because semiotics focuses on the study and analysis of the mark, Researchers used type of interpretive research. Data collection method used is a method of recording and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study using semiotics models like Roland Barthes, meaning denotation, connotation meaning and myth that is used to understand the meaning contained within each scene. The results showed that 1) the meaning pertamina ads Ramadan and Eid edition with the title of home renovation took a memorable image of the religious as a lifestyle, where the concepts were used using a religious approach, in which there are aspects of the simplicity and wisdom in life. 2) An agreement to maintain the original shape of the house, creating a simple impression, a sense of pride and concern for the environment. However, manufacturers who create products remain responsible effort. This isreaction to events bad news about Pertamina.
