- This study aims to descripbe the performance, job satisfaction and work discipline of CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri Kota Batu, and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance. The respondents surveyed is were all employee. The number of samples in this study used 31 respondents and the analytical tool used is uses scale range analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range resulted is the employee performance and work discipline are in the high category, while job satisfaction is in the good category. The results of the analysis on the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance resulted is the job satisfaction having a partial and significant effect on employee performance, the results of the analysis on the effect of work discipline on employee performance resulted is work discipline having a partial and significant effect on employee performance, and the results of the analysis on the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance resulted is job satisfaction and work discipline having a simultaneously and significantly effect on employee performance. The suggestion in this study is for companies to hold an increase in employee performance, evaluation of job satisfiction and maintain high employee work discipline and for further researchers who are interested in countinuing this research is expected to develop by using other variables.
