- Economic growth is one of the benchmarks in determining the success of economic development. The government has an important role in efforts to achieve the success of economic development by determining the direction of development policy and to achieve the development goals needed for good development planning, so as to realize stable economic growth. In an effort to improve economic growth is to increase general allocation funds, capital expenditure and labor. This study aims to determine the effect of general allocation funds, capital and labor expenditure on the economic growth of the city of Malang. Data sources are secondary data by using time series data in the form of quarterly data for 10 years which resulted in 40 observations. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample is data on general allocation funds, capital expenditure, and labor in 2008-2017. The results of this study indicate simultaneously general allocation funds, capital expenditure, and labor have a significant effect on the economic growth of Malang. Partially general allocation and labor funds have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Malang city, while capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on the economic growth of Malang city.
