- This research aims to analyse source of fund and examine the impact of Financing Decision to Firm’s Financial Performance on Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of convection sector in Malang City using a year data in 2018. This research used Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to measure independent variable and dependent variable was measured by Return on Investment (ROI). This research is associative quantitative. The technique for collecting the data used questionnaire. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique and data analysis method used tabulation and simple linear regression. Based on the results of this research on 31 MSMEs, can be concluded that (1) Bank is the most chosen as creditor by MSMEs to give external source of fund that is 61,3%. (2) DAR has a significant impact on ROI.
