- This study aims to determine the number of labor workers on the results of the value of production, the amount of investment value on the value of production and the influence of the number of workers and the value of investment on the results of the value of production. The value of investment and labor has a major influence on the results of the value of production in the wood lathe industry. Reinforced by the results of the coefficient of determination test, it is known that the results of the coefficient test of 0.513, which means that the independent variable is the amount of labor and investment value has a yield of 51.3%, to explain its effect on the dependent variable namely the value of production, while the remaining 48.7 explained by other variables not included in the study. The amount of labor and investment value to the value of production significantly influence the results of wood lathe production in the City of Blitar.
