- Begel is the important part of building foundation. This iron is commonly used for reinforcement in order to make it becomes stronger. Commonly, begel maker still manually, therefore it needs more time and energy to make it. Basically, Pneumatic used air as energy to move the work cylinder. The work cylinder will change it from energy or air pressure into mechanic energy (back and forth on cylinder). In conducting this design, we used the basic capacity is about 30pcs/minute. Then, choosing some mechanical machine such as support shaft, bending shaft, myrrh and bolts, and pneumatics. From this problem is obtained the right specification based on the criteria of design. By this method, it is obtained as follow, double buckling machine which is 30pcs / minute, bearing shaft diameter is 20 mm, bending shaft diameter is 30 mm and pneumatic cylinder diameter is 100 mm.
