  • This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of farmers to the system of broiler partnership contract in Malang Regency. This research was conducted in Malang Regency area. The research was conducted from January to February 2019. This study used a survey methodology with quantitative data analysis methods, Simple Random Sampling, Scoring, SERVQUAL (Service Quality) and GAP (gap). Processing data using Microsoft Office 2013. The results of this study show that consumer attitudes towards the satisfaction of the broiler partnership contract work system are considered dissatisfied. The level of consumer perception starts from partner acceptance, contract prices and sapronak quality, sapronak delivery schedules, technical service, harvesting, and bonuses. Consumer attitudes towards the broiler partnership employment contract system are seen from the value of consumer satisfaction which is more than dissatisfied.
