- Personality a child determined on formations received from the environment that is school, home and society. Position parents can’t replaced. Old man is example main and first for formation character child. School and parents is partner. Accompaniment parents on formation character very much needed even though educator have role big however parents permanent is the first and the main. Research this aiming for describe pattern program foster parents and formation character participants educator in school Basic Muhammadiyah 4 Malang City including : 1) How a application pattern foster parents to participants students at Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School in Malang City , 2) How a character member learners developed in school. This researcher use method descriptive with approach qualitative. Research data obtained from Primary sources are : parents , waka student, waka curriculum, class teacher and participants student. While secondary data source obtained from document that obtained from guardian class. Results research this stated that program school about pattern foster care not yet applied in a manner optimally, while character participants student in part big behave to be more well, get used to with do positive activities.
