- The study aims to know the effect of supply chain management (supplier partnership, customers partnership, dan information sharing) to the perfomance of the company’s leather shoesatMagetan Regency. The competion of shoes industry it’s growing rapidly. So it would take strategy and good invotionto incrase the level of the company’s perfomance.One to improve the perfomance of the company is supply chain management. This study use the double regression analysis and dominant test method. The purpose of this methodto know the streghts of each variable andto knowa variable is the most influential to thethe company’s perfomance. As a result of this reasearch is supply chain management to a possitive effect on perfomance of the company. Supplier partnership and information sharing is signicantly influences on the company’s perfomance.But customer partnership did not influence significantly. And the supplier partnership variable most influences on the company’s perfomance.
