  • Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L) plants contain several secondary metabolite compounds which have function for medication. It can be used as fever, diarrhea, dysentery, anti-inflammation, insecticide, analgesic, anti-microbial, anti-fungi and anti-cancer medication. The secondary metabolite compounds which have function as anti-fungi are alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, and tannin. This research is aimed to know the influence of Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L) leaves extract toward the growth of mycelium fungi Fusarium Oxyporum by In Vitro as Biology Source Learning. The method used in this study is Posttest-Only Control Group Design approach. The concentration of Billygoat leaves extract involving in this research are 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% concentration. The result of this research shows that Bandotan leaves extract has effect on inhibition zone of F. Oxyporum fungi. 20% of Billygoat Weed extract concentration included into low category with the average of inhibition diameter merely 3,38 mm. Afterward, 40%, 60% and 80% of Bandotan extract concentration included into medium category in which the averages of each inhibition diameter are 6,15 mm,, 6,75 mm, and 9, 05 mm. and the concentration of 100% is the most influential concentration because it includes a high category with the average inhibition diameter is about 11.38 mm. In the positive control (Nystatin) treatment included into high category with the average inhibition diameter amounted 17,4 mm. Meanwhile, in negative control treatment (Aquadest), the inhibition zone is not formed. All in all, the result of this study can be used as biology source learning since the aspects as well as process can be achieved all at once.
