- Foreign language teaching anxiety was regularly conscious of those whose English was the foreign language. This study aims to explore student teachers’ anxiety teaching practice in the internship program and investigate the strategies used to cope with their anxiety during teaching practice. The mixed-method research design implemented this study. The quantitative data gathered from close-ended questions and the qualitative data obtained from open-ended questions. There were forty-seven participants of this research. The result shows that student-teacher agrees that they gained teaching anxiety during teaching practice. It also reveals, there was a significant correlation between the four anxieties (evaluation anxiety, management anxiety, pedagogical anxiety, and staff-relation anxiety). The strategies used by student teachers to overcome with their anxiety were; preparation before teaching, practice more before class, interaction with students, subject materials comprehension and mastery, and self-control.
