- Archives system is not only necessary but very important instrument to manage information in institution that relies much on storing past and current file such as a newspaper organization. Bestari is a campus newspaper at UMM that needs a system, which not only could store archives but also manage it and maximized it’s use with better management than the manual archives filling.Right now Bestari have a manual storing archives system that still use hard copy of archives and have a potential to be damaged or lost. The goal of this thesis is to developing a website based information system that could manage archives with effective and efficient way.
