Construction of image Cak Thoriq as regent Lumajang, Through some videos on a specific channel (ANALYSIS OF FRAMING on Youtube channel name LUMAJANG TV) 7 pieces of literature. Advisor (I) Novin Farid Styo Wibowo, S. Sos, M.Sc. (II) Himawan Sutanto, S.Sos, M.Sc. The content of media is the result of media workers constructing the chosen realities. The purpose of this study is to determine the construction of the Cak Thoriq image as the Lumajang regent formed in the video in Lumajang TV's content video on Youtube channel. This research is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and the behavior of the people observed. The sources used is primary data that are come from the video and the secondary data are come from some report related with the videos and issues. Framing Gamson it used to analysis in this study. The results of this study is found that there are 10 videoes from Lumajang TV’s content video on Youtube channel, under the public relations protocol cak Thoriq as Regent of Luamajang, show contents of the news are at the level of media routines (media routines level). Through Lumajang TV's YouTube channel try to constructs the image of Thoriq as the figure of the Regent of Lumajang, who is close to the community, cares with community problems, and fast respond in solving the problems. This image is displayed in the wish image.
