- The purpose of this research were 1) analyzed the role of Cooperation to the farm of rice small holder in Mendalanwangi Village Wagir Subdistrict Musi Malang Regency, 2) calculated the income of rice small holder who were members of Cooperation in Mendalanwangi Village Wagir Subdistrict Musi Malang Regency, 3)analyzed the correlation between the role of Cooperation and the income of rice small holder in Mendalanwangi Village Wagir Subdistrict Musi Malang Regency. The research was conducted on march 2019 in Mendalanwangi Village Wagir Subdistrict Musi Malang Regency. The method of research that used was survey method. The method of this research used was simple random sampling which took 35 sample from 173 population. The data was collected in this research were primer and sekunder data. The result showed that the role of Cooperation to the farm of rice small holder as providers of capital, means of production, marketing and patner has been running well, judged from the results of having a score of 70,34 with high criteria. The average of income of rice small holder is Rp.23.300.000 per one hektar per season was still high. Based on the calculated of data by using SPSS statistic spearman rank correlation which get the result that rs count > rs table (0,577 > 0,433).There was the positif relationship between the role of Cooperation ad income of rice small holder.
