- The aims of this study is to determine the level of community satisfaction on public services at the Sumbawa Regency population and civil recording service, especially in the service of Electronic Identity Cards (E-KTP) and Family Cards (KK). This research is quantitative descriptive. The analytical tool used in this study is the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM). From the analysis that has been done, it is known the level of community satisfaction on public services at the Sumbawa Regency Population and Civil Recording Office. In the service unit of electronic identity card (E-KTP) the results obtained with a weighted average value of 2.9468, with the value of the Community Satisfaction Index that has been converted by 73.67, then obtained a Good Service Unit Performance, with service quality B (Good). While the results of the service of family card units (KK) are obtained with a weighted average value of 2.9195, with the Community Satisfaction Index value that has been converted at 72.9875, then Good Service Unit Performance is obtained, with Service quality B (Good). So that the final result of the two types of services in the population department and civil registration of Sumbawa district with the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) converted is 73.32875, with Good Performance and Quality of Service B (Good).
