  • This research was conducted to analyze factors that are considered by customers through promotion, price and service quality for the purchase of Mandiri Proteksi Mitra Insurance Products at the 1912 Bumiputera Joint Life Insurance Ponorogo Branch . The sample in this study were 30 respondents who filled out questionnaires that had been distributed for research purposes. The research results show that Based on the results of the study found that the optimization of the items contained in the promotion which shows that promotion is an effective method of making purchasing decisions. while price is the smallest factor that influences purchasing decisions. Prices that are too high will also make prospective customers think twice about buying an insurance product
