- This research was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of Artomoro eggtray employees. Data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, simultaneous test and partial test. Sampling using a total sampling technique of 38 respondents. The findings of this study indicate that the work environment and work discipline significantly influence employee performance. The next finding is that the work environment has a dominant influence on employee performance. Based on these findings it can be concluded that a good work environment, high work discipline will improve employee performance.
