- Technological developments in the field of food processing materials are increasingly needed to improve processing time efficiency, increase production capacity. With the help of these technologies, the results of raw materials will be more varied, one of which is to change the raw material of duck meat into processed food frozen food. The purpose of this design is to get a design that fits the production needs of 40 kg / hour based on mathematical calculations. In the design of this meat grinding machine is based on the need that aims to improve the productivity and economy of the community. Machine design with a capacity of 40 kg/hour is the result of innovation from the grinding machine that has been circulating in the market. This meat grinding machine is made with a ST37 carbon steel frame with 37 kg/mm2 dance strength, with a plate thickness of 0.8 mm as a meat pan with motor power 0.47-0.5 HP and a voltage of 110/120 V, as a production tool that facilitates maker of frozen food manufacturers to grind meat. With a working system that is simple and easy to help people who use it without feeling difficult. The dimensions of the grinding tool are designed with dimensions length 60 cm,Width 75 cm, and height 87.5 cm. Meat grinder Produced for 1 kg requires 90 seconds/1.5 minutes. With so in 1 hour the meat grinder for frozen food raw material is 40 kg.
