- The basis of this study is to measure the magnitude of this influence of the keynes economic growth model on the basic aspects of monetary and fiscal policy in indonesia with a measure of goverment expenditure, money supply and taxes by measuring economic growth based on GDP or gross domestic product with the aim of analyzing its influence on indonesia economic growth.The method of analysis in this study is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) to obtain the results of the analysis by taking time series data from 2007q1 – 2018q3 including data on goverment expenditure, GDP, money supply, and taxes. The data taken through the relevant agencies is in the form of indonesian statistic (BPS) and central bank of indonesian (BI). The result of this study are goverment expenditure, taxes and money suppy, which have significant effect on indonesia’s economy growth through T-test in the long run and the short term PAM model produces fiscal and monetary policies that have no significant effect on indonesia’s economic growth.
