- The purpose of this analyzis was to determine how much the influence of Minimum Wage, Economic Growth Against Labor Absorption in 27 regencies / cities in West Java Provini. The analytical tool used is a panel data regression analysis, using hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis in the can is a significant influence negatively the local minimum wage in the labor market while the economic growth variable has a significant negative effect on the absorption of Labor in 27 regencies / cities in West Java Provini. Based on the research implications of this research is that if local government is to optimize the absorption of workers absorbed it should be noted on the policy of regional minimum wage and continue to strive to increase economic growth, because these two variables according to the results of research have a significant influence on employment in 27 regencies / cities in West Java Province.
