The results showed that the work productivity of the category was quite high, the training category was quite good, the compensation category was quite good; training and compensation have a simultaneous effect on work productivity; training has a positive effect on work productivity; compensation has a positive effect on work productivity; compensation variable has dominant influence on work productivity
