In psychology the term hyperactivity and difficulty in concentrating known as ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Several studies have shown resultsthat children with ADHD are not handled well at last experiencing behavioral problems, limitations in social adjustment, failure and dropout, and the abuse of drugs and crime. We have many health experts trying to develop methods of intervention for children dealing with ADHD. Behavior modification therapy is an effective therapy applied to children because it does not cause side effects on health. In children an effective behavior modification is done by playing angklung. Controlling this behavior occurs when playing Angklung children learn to obey rules, to provide positive reinforcement of praise and giving negative reinforcement in the form of restrictions play for a certain time. This research uses experimental research design with a single case experimental designs. This design is used to determine the effect of a treatment by comparing the performance conditions or the subject from time to time. The observed behavior was measured repeatedly during a certain period before treatment, during treatment and after treatment. Subjects used were as many as two children aged seven to nine years have characteristics have some symptoms of ADHD, no other disabilities in addition to ADHD and not in medical treatment. The collection of data used in this study is the recording of direct observation by the method of recording events (frequency). Analysis of the data in this study using the graphic analysis that aims to help organize the data during the data collection process that would facilitate the process of analyzing the effect of play therapy angklung to modified anattention, hiperaktif, and impulsive behaviors. The results obtained are angklung play therapy can be used as an effective alternative to behavior modification in children with ADHD symptoms are indicated by a decrease in the frequency of inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity.
