- Road planning and construction is one of the factors in the formation of sustainable areas, including the type of infrastructure development that serves as one of the community's needs. In the study of rigid pavement planning the Anjir road starts from collecting primary data in order to find out the conditions that exist in the road project. Which aims to plan development in accordance with the character of the project location. In this study the authors used rigid pavement (rigid pavement). Primary data such as data on the volume of vehicles is around 4372 vehicles / day. While secondary data includes CBR data, geometric roads, and standardization of unit prices. The data is used to analyze the rigid pavement thickness according to the age of the plan and analyze the budget plan. From the study results obtained the results of rigid pavement with K-250 concrete plate composition with a thickness of 22cm, dowel: Ø 32 mm, Length 450 mm, Distance 300 mm, width: Ø16 mm, Length 700 mm, Distance 750 mm. It is also known that the budget plan for rigid pavement costs for the next 20 years of planning is Rp. 162,860,000,000.00 (One Hundred Sixty Two Billion Eight Hundred Sixty Million)
