- Water is a primary element for whole creatures in the world, including human being. Managing water resource in Lolanan Village needs the construction of Lolanan 2 Retention Basin with the age of service plan of 25 years. According to dependable flow analysis using NRECA Method, the available flow is 0.319 million m3/year. The results of population projection 25 years to come are 1,414 people and water needs that should be fulfilled 1.70 l/det. Meanwhile, the area of rice fields is 35 Ha, irrigation water needs are 1.39 l/det/ha. To design retention basin bodies and spillway, the results of hydrology analysis of flood flow planning applies HSS Nakayasu Method with return period of 50 years 59.36 m3/det. After routing phase, the result of flow is 28.21 m3/det. The capacity of maximum storage of Lolanan 2 Retention Basin is 9135.89 m3. The height of spillway is 6 meters, width 14 meters, and length of energy absorbers 14.40 meters.
